A recorder overlay captures your software's live click paths and workflows. That captured data (HTML and JSON) is automatically converted into base-language video fragments, ready for localisation and publishing.

    Do I need to re-record videos when my software UI changes?

    No. Because Software Recorder captures structured data rather than static screen recordings, you only need to re-record the affected video fragments when your UI changes. Once updated, you regenerate your entire video library with a single click. You don't start from scratch.

    Which TMS platforms does XTM Software Recorder integrate with?

    XTM Software Recorder sends localisation requests directly to XTM Cloud. From there, translated voiceover scripts, subtitles, and on-screen UI text are returned automatically and synced back into your video output. If you use a different TMS, contact our team to discuss integration options.

    How many languages does it support?

    XTM Software Recorder supports localisation into up to 70 languages using machine translation for speed, with options to apply human review where quality requirements demand it.
