FAQs

What machine translation engines does Intento Hub support?

Intento Hub connects to major MT providers including Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, Amazon Translate, DeepL, and many others. You can access multiple engines through one integration instead of setting up separate connections for each provider.

Can I still use my existing MT engine subscriptions?

Yes, Intento Hub works with your current MT provider accounts. You don't need to cancel existing subscriptions or change your billing arrangements. The platform simply provides a unified way to access and manage them.

What happens if one MT engine goes down or has issues?

Intento Hub includes automatic failover capabilities. If your primary engine becomes unavailable, it will automatically route requests to your backup engine without interrupting your translation workflow or requiring manual intervention.

Can I translate multiple documents or topics simultaneously?

Absolutely. The integration supports batch processing, allowing you to select and send multiple components, topics, or entire document sets for translation in a single workflow. This saves significant time for large-scale localisation projects.
